Among the silence of the forest and the calmness of the river, in the picturesque area A glass, with. Breznica, Gotse Delchev municipality, we created a project, which places architecture in a natural dialogue with nature.
Villa village "Charka" is a concept for a gated complex of individual two-story houses, designed with the idea of offering modern comfort, privacy and a high standard of living in an environment of outstanding natural beauty.
Located in the middle of a century-old coniferous forest and in close proximity to the river, the villas fit naturally into the landscape. The spacious yards, rich landscaping and carefully organized common spaces create a sense of calm, spaciousness and harmony in all seasons of the year.
The architectural concept combines a contemporary vision, functional distributions and natural materials, which emphasize the relationship between buildings and the environment. Every detail is designed so, that it contributes to the quality of life and the feeling of closeness to nature.
