Reconstruction of public mineral bath and hotel part
Project of Architectural Studio ARTEK
We preserve the past. We design the future.
We present a project for reconstruction and remodeling of an existing building in a public mineral bath and hotel part - architectural intervention, which combines respect for the existing environment with the requirements of modern comfort and functionality.
The main concept is aimed at preserving the character and identity of the existing building, while giving it new life through carefully selected architectural solutions and a modern functional approach, tailored to the context and traditions of the place.
On the first level there is a public mineral bath - a space for recovery, relaxation and use of the healing properties of mineral water. This area is designed with an emphasis on tranquility, solitude and connection with natural materials and environment.
The second level is organized as a hotel part, offering comfortable accommodation, designed to provide comfort, silence and a full stay for visitors.
The architectural language of the project uses natural materials such as stone and wood, combined with bright facade solutions, which emphasize the relationship between the new and the existing. The new elements are delicately integrated, so they complement, rather than dominate the original architecture.
