The building has a residential function and a dental center attached to it. The design solution includes the siting of the building with three above-ground levels. Built-up area 317 sq.m and built-up area without basement 790 sq.m. In the planning decision of the building, rooms with main and auxiliary functions are located. Pedestrian areas - pavements - are planned around the building, 7 parking spaces and landscaping.
